Partial modification of the building’s structure, creating a new façade (Strunor), roof and refurbishment of the exterior spaces.

Specific structural reinforcements with fibreglass and metal structures.

Relocation of the lift connecting the basement with the ground floor and new lift adapted to the roof.

New main access to the building with a new structure for the main access staircase.

All the installations for air-conditioning, electricity, PCI and data have been carried out by Construcía Instalaciones.

New envelope formed by curtain wall and factory parameters (Strunor).

LEED Platinum certification: energy efficiency, green energy, water saving, air quality, healthy materials with low VOC (volatile organic compounds).
