The objective of this project was to create unique offices with a high-impact design. All the decorative solutions that were implemented were tailor-made, and as such the most characteristic part of the project was the uniqueness of the design and the special manufacturing of all the elements and construction solutions.

The Lean methodology was applied with prefabricated pieces and detailed planning with suppliers to guarantee delivery within the agreed deadlines. In addition, the work was carried out while maintaining 100% of the client’s normal activity, for which planning was done by phases. On the other hand, the materials were selected and monitored to achieve a healthy and beneficial working environment for the occupants.

– Value engineering was implemented which not only allowed costs to be cut, but there was an increase in profit and a reduction in construction times.

– The entire project was completed with the BIM methodology.
