We’ve opened new offices, ‘circular’ and waste-free

At Construcía we have a new habitat and we want you to get to know it. We have moved to a new 1,165 m2 office in the Business Park Vía Norte de las Tablas, in Madrid (C/ Quintanavides 13, Edificio 1) which says a great deal about us, our innovation, culture and commitment.

We have been faithful to our philosophy of improving the well-being of those who work in our buildings, generating social and economic value while respecting the planet.

This new space is natural, circular and innovative. As we are experts in creating spaces designed for the people who live in them, we have applied it to ourselves and we have thought about the air breathed, the floor that is walked on and the light received.

Own methodology

We have done it without toxic substances, with our  LEAN2CRADLE ® construction methodology, an innovative way of building that allows us to design spaces and measure their impact on people. We do it in a way that is healthy, efficient and waste-free, improving the cost-effectiveness of the buildings, minimizing their maintenance and improving the quality of life of their occupants.

We believe that our Cradle to Cradle culture begins by redesigning the way in which we do things. This is the first step on a path, of social impact, in which we have much to say.
