Implementation of new offices for the Autonomous Community of Madrid

The project consisted of the refurbishment of the floors to include citizen services spaces and registers.

– On the ground floor, rooms housing different administrative departments were installed, equipped with an open administrative area.

– On the first to fourth floors, rooms and offices were installed.

Project Scope:

– Building work: drywall partitions, flooring, tiling, woodwork, custom-made functional furniture, painting and dropped ceilings.

– Installation work: HVAC, electricity, plumbing and fire protection.

Work Methodology: 65% standard + 35% Lean.
