Remodelling of the bathroom area, internal spaces and their entrance areas.

Project Scope:

– Demolition of the existing toilets.

– Completion of the new ones: floors, ceilings, installations, partitions, mirror finishes with back lighting, lacobel, countertops.

– Floor-to-ceiling wooden screen partition.

– Bench made of microcement with electrical wiring and data cabling installation.

The Lean work methodology was applied and the work was done while the shopping centre remained open to the public, determining entry and exit times for the materials and waste, so as not to interfere with the centre’s normal activity.

A pleasant space for the visitor was achieved thanks to biophilia. A design in connection with nature was used, with a large plant wall and various wooden spaces.
