Implementation of the new Construcía Group offices in Barcelona and dismantling of the old ones, applying the circularity and sustainability strategies of the Lean2Cradle methodology. Creation of an open office space based on the hot desk, with personalized lockers and several meeting rooms and offices.
Entrance understood as a meeting point, a welcoming space and informal meeting area.

Reuse of existing elements from the old offices.

Circularity and health: use of cradle-to-cradle materials, thermal, lighting and acoustic comfort, control of energy and water consumption, optimal indoor air quality.

Improvement in energy demand by another 40%.

Collaboration with CoCircular, a waste management tool to ensure traceability.

Thermal comfort: independent air conditioning system with heat recovery and separate systems by zones with temperature sensors.

Lighting comfort: natural light in all spaces and artificial lighting optimized for each space.
