The Project consists of the establishment of offices on 8 floors. As it is very repetitive work, Lean Construction methodology is proposed from the start. In the Pull Sessions with the most important suppliers the target is set of completing each floor in 8 weeks.
Thanks to the detailed planning of Lean and the shipping logistics, a large part of the work is done in the shop, thus eliminating on-site downtime and the entire assembly is accelerated.
