This project consisted of remodelling the rooms and common areas, in addition to carrying out the new electrical installation and drainage system throughout the building.

The building is a designer hotel with a central location in Barcelona. Each floor and room has its own defined style with a predominant colour, everything from the walls, to the doors, including the kitchen furniture and the bathroom finishes, are in gold.

The work methodology used was Lean Construction, including Last Planner, anticipating needs and working collaboratively.

The project’s biggest challenge was meeting the tight deadline.
