To carry out the project, the latest technologies in the sector were applied and installed in all the different types of installations. The Lean2Cradle® methodology was also applied with initial pull sessions and continuous revision of the planning. In addition, the BIM methodology was used in the initial model.

Project Scope:

– Low-voltage electrical installations.

– Medium-voltage electrical installations.

– Special installations (PA system, closed-circuit television, access control…).

– Mechanical installations (hydraulic network, extraction and ventilation, Building Management System).

– Fire protection installations.

The most characteristic part of the project was its compliance with the high-quality standards (energy efficiency, safety and high availability) and adaptation to the demanding work pace.
