Complete refurbishment of Torre Llacuna.

A 12-storey building with 7,785 m² of office space, located in Barcelona’s 22@ district, the epicentre of innovation and business development. With a strategic location, close to Plaza de las Glòries, this project is committed to wellbeing, sustainability and energy efficiency.

Main actions:

– Complete refurbishment of the double-height lobby, reception, canteen, landings and toilets on 10 of the 12 floors.

-Upgrading of offices on all floors and creation of terraces with plant wall.

-Installation of solar panels to supply communal areas and air renewal systems to improve environmental quality.

-Incorporation of a private garden with pedestrian access.

-Optimisation of resources, reduction of energy consumption by 50-70%, reduction of water consumption by 40% and less environmental impact throughout the life cycle of the building.

This turnkey project includes the Materials Passport developed by Eco Intelligent Growth (EIG), guaranteeing the traceability of materials and a circular approach to construction.
