The project consisted of the remodelling of the locker rooms, the cafeteria, the Jacuzzi and the sauna area, the poolside area of the heated pool and the chill out area, with the aim of giving the space a makeover.

The facilities remained open to the public while the work was being done, which required making an extra effort to cause users minimal inconvenience in their use of the facilities. By maintaining order and cleanliness in all areas, the gym’s day-to-day activities were hardly affected.

Thanks to the application of the Lean methodology, the work was effectively planned out, meeting deadlines and helping to coordinate all those involved in the project. In addition, with the spaciousness of the locker room areas and the changes made to the pool lighting, its occupants’ well-being was improved.
