Construcía has carried out various projects for Primark. An example of which is the construction of the flagship store in Plaza Cataluña, Barcelona.

Work was done both in the sales area and in the staff area: partition walls for dividing up spaces and rooms, installation of flooring, painting of surfaces, installation of lightboxes, mechanical and electrical installations, installation of changing rooms, checkout counters…

– The Lean methodology was applied, based on extensive pre-planning, the optimisation of productive time and the specific scheduling of just-in-time deliveries.

– Thorough preparation of each activity, seamless communication among all parties and constant improvement. Precise coordination of all those involved.

– Project executed in phases.

With the application of Lean Construction, we managed to optimise material, human and economic resources.
