Moraleja Green

The objective of the project was to improve the image of the building and the connectivity between the different areas.

The construction activities must be divided into those in the North Building, the connection between buildings and the South Building.

– North Building: outdoor work (painting of facade elements, creation of a new entrance, replacement of existing entrances with emergency exits…) and interior work (remodelling of commercial spaces, replaced dropped ceilings, painting and modifications to the toilet areas).

– Connection between buildings: metal frames were added that provide solar protection, change of flooring and incorporation of recessed floor lighting.

– South Building: remodelling of the green area, expansion of the outdoor area on the roof, setback of the glass facade to the garden and expansion of the terrace and commercial spaces on the 1st floor) and interior work (connection between the first floor and its terrace, remodelling of commercial spaces, floorings and dropped ceiling, and creation of a new entrance from the garden).
