Complete remodelling of the toilets, the food court area with hanging elements and a large advertising screen; elimination of the moving walkway and implementation of new escalators and elevator, remodelling of the entire outdoor area, execution of a large entrance portico and painting of the exterior perimeter and the entire interior.

Application of the Lean methodology.

The project was carried out while the shopping centre remained open and in use. The biggest challenge was to make the openings in the floor slabs to install the reinforcements of the new stairs and elevators.

Greater accessibility between floors was achieved, contributing to the well-being of the users of the space.
